Simple breath awareness is the foundation to unlocking the power of conscious breathwork. Awareness is the key, when we become aware of dysfunctional breathing habits we can practice to undo them. We start to see how our breathing patterns can affect our body functions, our emotions and our energy. As we build better breathing habits when tension starts to come in the breath is used to wash the tension away or when our ego gets dented or our happiness gets denied our breath comes in to lift us up.
Everywhere changes are taking place. As we approach these changes and evolutionary shift in collective consciousness we realize our untapped human potenetial. Things get very intense and the breath is the perfect tool for dealing with that intensity. Emotions and trauma get stuck and trapped in the bodies nervous system and conscious breathing can transform your body and mind.
Our breath is a bridge for health and growth. A force to help navigate change. The connection between body, heart and mind. When our breathing system is healed and restored to its full natural functioning then it becomes a therapeutic tool for health and wellness.
